Faith is a power source that many men refrain from activating and rarely ever tap into even though they have unrestricted access. Men are found most effective when they are governed by something greater than themselves, but most men are not aware of the strength that immediately greets them at a place of humble surrender! The one thing I stand on and that which played a major role in my own personal story of redemption was my faith and complete trust in God. Most of us men grew up absent of a father’s presence and love, therefore any form of authority or suggested submission was met with great confrontation and rejection.
As a young man I was embarrassed and often ashamed to express my faith and unwilling to communicate my beliefs concerning spiritual things that I now value and am unapologetically bold toward. Faith allowed me to keep reaching when there was nothing to grab hold to. Scriptures brought me comfort when my bank statements produced anxiety. God alone helped heal the wounds caused by my father’s abandonment that I carried with me all the years of my life of crime and destruction. Faith also brought the very wisdoms that have guided me through growing numerous companies in diverse industries though I have no formal education beyond the 10thgrade.What we are witnessing today are men who secretly desire to know God and walk upright but are unable to see living examples that they can personally identify with. In the eyes of most men the church has become a place of judgement and scandal where men are instead looking to be unconditionally welcomed and patiently discipled. In each book, training lesson, or teaching platform we provide there will be deep and impactful scriptures used as the anchors that hold our demonstration of manhood in place. Whether we are present at your local church, men’s conference, or prison institution we are unwavering in acknowledging that God is at the head of our organization and its objectives.
